To be able to shop on our page you need to create an account to join as a member. The login/sign up is at the top of the page.
We do not provide Phytosanitary certification.The buyer takes all the risks when placing the order.
We will pack the wood properly and have the record with pictures when packed. We are not be kept responsible if the wood is lost during the transit or confiscated by your department of agriculture.For international shipping we do not provide tracking number for the package (for USA yes). The package will be sent to the address that is registered on Paypal. There will not be any refund for any lost,damaged or confiscated items.The risk belongs totally to the buyer.There is no guarantee that the wood will root or the grafts will be successful when the cuttings are grafted. If you have any problems related to our packing, products, or customer service please contact us via e-mail . We will respond to every single message as soon as we can and help resolve a problem if you have any. The customers satisfaction is always our priority !!!
Shipping & Handling:
For USA : handling and shipping fees on each order is $ 15
For International : handling and shipping fees on each order is $ 20
Shipping time is from 5 to 30 days,depending on the destination.
Due to international policies and regional restrictions, it will not be sent to the following countries at this time
Middle East, Romania, India, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, Reunion Island, South Africa, Uruguay, Philippines.
Customers who place an order from these countries will not be able to process their orders since we cannot process shipping at the moment in their countries. We will refund the amount.
